Organic Poultry Processing Facility Tour

J&J Poultry is a poultry processing facility in northwest Ohio. Each year, they process between 10,000 and 12,000 chickens. Farmer Jim Jacobs will give a tour of the facility, explaining the ins and outs of being an organic processor.
