MVEG Farm Stress Management Cohort: Session One

Join the Midwest Vegetable Growers Network (MVEG) and fellow vegetable farmers who will explore together how to integrate stress management practices into their unique farming operations. All sessions are held virtually from 7:30-9 p.m. ET.  March 24 - Identifying and De-Mystifying Stress - What is stress and how does it manifest? Sharing stress stories: how do you recall stress affecting your farm operation? Do you have any wisdom from that experience to share?
